Goldwater Family

The Goldwater Family is comprised of Barry and Peggy Goldwater's children: Joanne, Barry, Jr., Michael, and Peggy, Jr. and was formed to perpetuate those ideals and endeavors engendered by their parents.

This web site was created in an effort to share Dad's photographic talents. For the four of us, this has been a labor of love. Each of us grew up with considerable time spent in Dad's darkroom developing film, printing contact sheets, making enlargements, up to our elbows in chemicals with their distinct aromas, drying, and mounting the prints.

His photographs line the walls of each of our homes and are included in the collections of hundreds of our friends. We have donated countless reproductions to charities for their auctions generating considerable revenue for them. Proceeds of sales will help clean, archive, and digitize his remaining negatives, over 5,000 color slides, and close to 20 miles of 16mm film.
